Registration

Important: the registration is mandatory with the deadline on October 1st 2024. The deadline for sending a title and an abstract is also October 1st 2024. Thanks to the financial support of the sponsors, the organizers decided to waive the registration fee to the School.

The participants (and also any accompanying people) are required to pay 150 euros each day per person of their stay in Erice, which includes:

full board accommodation in Erice (the Ettore Majorana Foundation and Centre for Scientific Culture will take care of the accommodation of the participants and accompanying people by using its own structures);

the transfer of groups from the airport (Trapani or Palermo, the one which is more convenient to you) to Erice (October 30) and back (November 4);

the social dinner;

a touristic trip (still to be organized).

The cost of 150 euros per day does not include the tickets of museums/areas of interest.
Please note that the payment will be due at arrival (only credit card, no cash) or by bank transfer (deadline: 25th October). Please send the copy of the receipt of the bank transfer within the same date.

Participants, besides registering, are requested to send the details (within September 30, 2024) by email at erice2024bor@gmail.com of the arrival and departure in order to arrange the transport from the airport to Erice and back (managed by Ettore Majorana Foundation and Centre for Scientific Culture), the number of the flights, the number of accompanying person (if any).

Registration should be performed after you have bought your flight ticket. Its main purpose is to book your accomodation at the Majorana Centre and the airport transfer (from either Palermo or Trapani airport). Please be sure that the info you provide is accurate and complete.
